Our Guaranteed Closing Costs assure you that the total costs charged to you at closing will not exceed the costs outlined in our Good Faith Estimate.  RMG was one of the first companies in Minnesota to offer this guarantee!  This guarantee means that you and your Realtor can confidently go to the closing without fear of surprises.  Ask your Realtor or a friend about a nightmare closing experience they may have had when the amount needed at closing is $1,000 or more than the amount they were told.  We think that is unacceptable.  It’s our job to know what dollar amount you will need at closing and we guarantee closing costs to the penny.
